If you register on the Website as an Influencer or Brand and provide us with personal data, we will process such personal data on the basis that it is necessary to do so in order to perform the services you require from us. We may also contact you via email and/or telephone to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us in order to collect your feedback and improve our services and products (the “Purpose”).


What we do

When you register as an Influencer, you engage with us to provide you with online social media marketing services. The service includes providing you with regular updates of relevant social media marketing campaigns that may be of interest to you. These updates will be provided to you via email, telephone calls or sent by SMS messaging.

When you register as a Brand, you engage with us to provide you with online social media marketing services. The service includes updates on your social media campaigns, relevant Influencer matches and your account performance. These updates will be provided to you via email and/or telephone calls.

If you do not want to receive that information from us, we give you the opportunity to opt out at any time by updating your contact preferences in your account or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link within those emails.


Lawful basis for processing of your personal data

Legitimate Interest:

We process your personal data when it is in our legitimate interests to do this in order to provide our services. Our legitimate interests include (but are not limited to) the following: introduction of Influencers and those interested in social media marketing campaigns on behalf of Brands; transmission of campaign alerts; the measures we take in order to ensure the security and integrity of the services we provide; promoting, marketing and advertising of our products and services; analysis of data, behaviour, activities, preferences and requirements; understanding of existing products and services and the development of new products and services; the handling of customer contacts, queries and complaints; making available the services through the Website to our users (Brands and Businesses, Influencers, Content Creators and those intending to collaborate on social media campaigns, whether on a paid or paid and gifted basis; the sharing of personal data with our third party suppliers e.g. Influencer analytics providers.


On some occasions, we may process your personal data with your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. When you do so, we will cease to process such data.

We may process your personal data to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation e.g. detecting, preventing or investigating crime or fraud including working with law enforcement agencies.


The Information we collect about you

The personal information we collect about you may include the following:

  • The information set out in your Influencer/Brand Profile,
  • Your analytics such as follower count, engagement rate, averages. These are provided by a third party provider, 
  • Information to enable us to provide our services e.g. your date of birth and location, your work categories and industries, your social media links and feed,
  • General identification and contact information e.g. your name, IP address, residential address, email and telephone details,
  • Marketing preferences,
  • Statistical information e.g. aggregate statistical information about site visits.

We collect the personal data about you when you register with the Website. We do so in order to provide you with our services that are available through the Website as well as for administrative purposes when you purchase or enquire about subscriptions available through the Website.

As a Brand, if you decide to purchase a plan through the Website you will be directed to Stripe, which is a third-party payment provider to complete your payment.


What we do with your personal data


By registering with the Website, it is understood that Influencers are actively soliciting contact from prospective Brands about opportunities which match the job Influencers fields of interest as well as relevant social media marketing campaigns. We will therefore make your personal data available to Brands who use the Website to find suitable Influencers for specific social media marketing campaigns that they are seeking to fill and also provide you with campaign alerts informing you of relevant campaigns which may be of interest to you.

Although the primary purpose of the Website is to allow Influencers and prospective Brands to find each other, Influencers have the ability to control the extent to which their personal data is shared via the contact preferences section of the “your account” section on the Website.

For Influencers, we will use your personal data to supply you with the social media marketing services that we provide including campaign alerts to manage your account and to provide you with information about our marketing services as well as ancillary services available through the Website.



From time to time, we would like to tell you more about the other goods and services available through the Website. We will do this by sending you marketing emails if you subscribe to them when you sign up to the website (by ticking the relevant box where indicated). You can subsequently unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in every subsequent marketing email.

You can also amend the contact preferences in your account at any time to stop us from contacting you in connection with the social media marketing services through the Website, including campaign alerts, for which you register when you set up your account.

We use tracking pixels in our marketing emails. These pixels provide us with information in relation to your interaction with the emails (e.g. if you opened the email). This information helps us to better understand how customers engage with our content and to analyse the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
